At iSmart eAds, we provide digital products, services, and subscriptions—delivered online for your convenience. Since our offerings are not physical goods, there is no shipping of tangible items. Please read the details of our delivery process below:

1. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products (eBooks, templates, training materials, CRM logins, automation suites, etc.) are delivered electronically via email, client portal access, or direct download links.

Access credentials, login details, or downloadable files are shared within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

2. Service Delivery

Services such as digital marketing campaigns, SEO, social media management, and automation setups are initiated after project confirmation and onboarding.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the service package selected. Estimated timelines will be clearly communicated in your quotation, service agreement, or project kickoff.

3. Subscriptions & SaaS Tools

Access to SaaS tools (CRM, automation system, dashboards) is usually provisioned instantly or within 24 hours after successful payment.

Recurring services will continue as long as your subscription remains active.

4. No Physical Shipping

We do not deliver any physical products. All deliveries are digital-only.

5. Delays & Exceptions

In rare cases, technical issues or payment gateway delays may affect timely delivery. Our team will promptly notify you and resolve the issue at the earliest.
