At iSmart eAds Marketing & Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, consulting, and automation services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be applicable for our clients.


1. General Policy

  • As our services are digital in nature (marketing campaigns, consulting, SaaS tools, automation setup), returns do not apply to services once they are delivered or accessed.
  • Clients are encouraged to review our packages, terms, and deliverables carefully before subscribing.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If a client is charged more than once due to a technical error, the extra payment will be refunded.
  2. Non-Delivery of Service – If the service has not been initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe, and the delay is solely attributable to iSmart eAds.
  3. Advance Payments – If a client has paid for services in advance but requests cancellation before work has commenced, a refund (after deduction of administrative charges) may be issued.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Services already delivered (social media campaigns, SEO, email/WhatsApp campaigns, website setup, automation deployment).
  • Subscription fees for CRM, automation tools, or digital platforms once access is granted.
  • Custom design, website, branding, or video projects after the initial work has begun.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or content.


4. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their monthly subscription plans with a 30-day prior notice.
  • Advance payments for quarterly/half-yearly/annual plans are non-refundable but services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
  • In case of cancellation, any complimentary bonuses (e.g., free website, digital card, explainer video) already delivered will be chargeable at standard rates.


5. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used.
