Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order or service with ISMART EADS.
1. Cancelling an Order
You may cancel any order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided the service has not started, the course has not been accessed and no digital file has been downloaded.
2. Monthly Service Packages
Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to admin@ismarteads.com. You will not be billed after the notice period ends. Work during the notice period is billed as normal.
3. Courses and Digital Products
Once a course has been accessed or a digital product has been downloaded, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel an order if a product or service is unavailable, or if payment cannot be verified. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
5. How to Cancel
Email admin@ismarteads.com or call +91 88847 77552 with your name and order or payment ID. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 working days. Any refund due is processed as described in our Refund Policy.
